The Lord's Closet is on the verge of opening up it's 16 years of ministry in Central New Jersey and in
Appalachia to the rest of the world. If your community has families in need of physical and spiritual
help, then maybe its time to give us a call and talk about what God is doing here in New Jersey.
Becoming a chartered affiliate of The Lord's Closet will open a big door for ministry in your
community.
People come to TLC for many reasons. They think it is to either benefit themselves or others. What
we find is that God has a different plan for each and everyone He sends through our door. People are
people just like you and me. Some who fall on hard times because of a disaster of one type or another
come for help, while others want to help someone in need. Over 60% of everyone that comes through
the door at TLC has no relationship with Jesus Christ, no church affiliation or maybe goes to church
only twice a year (Christmas and Easter).
Do you have a heart for the lost? If only one person in your town is going to HELL, then it's one too
many. Evangelism, door-to-door ministry or standing in the streets preaching or handing out tracts
takes a lot of time with little results. TLC opens a door to do all this, except in a non-threatening
way. Either someone comes through our door or we are invited through his or her door. God always
works out the details and circumstances to start a conversation, which leads to ministry. TLC is not a
church or a denomination. TLC does not hold weekly services. People don't feel threatened by TLC
volunteers. God opens the doors, He prepares the heart and He gives us the words to speak to them.
Some people just need a hug and a prayer, while others need the whole plan of salvation presented to
them. God's plan, our willingness and a way to meet those people is all that is needed for 'GOD
STUFF' to happen. When the love of Christ flows, people are saved, destinies change, broken hearts
healed, forgiveness given and most of all, God is glorified through this ministry. Many of these
people were hurt by someone in their church or their pastor and have just simply walked away from
God. God is not willing to give up on them and is using TLC to reach many lost souls with His love.
TLC is a one on one ministry that requires a lot of hard work. If since 1989 only one soul was saved,
delivered, healed or forgiven, then all the work was worthwhile. Hundreds of lives have been changed
and blessed by God through TLC.
If you think about the ministry of Jesus Christ, for the most part it was one on one. God built TLC
and gave our founder and executive director, Rev. Wallace J. Crowley Jr. a vision for TLC and what
He wants to do here. Our board of directors is striving to fulfill this vision as we all wait on the Lord
and His timing to bring it all together.

We started in 1989 developing a specialized data base and making it work for the cause.
