HISTORICAL ORIGIN AND MEANING
Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I
will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing that thou hast forgotten the law of thy
God, will also forget they children. Prov. 12:1 Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge: but
he that hateth reproof is brutish (stupid).
Christians in America are today being destroyed and seeing their children turn away from the things
of God because of a lack of knowledge. They are rejecting knowledge that is available and are
entering into activities that are expressly forbidden in the word of God. Halloween is one of those
activities. This short study of the Origin and Meaning of Halloween is intended to increase our
knowledge so we will no longer remain ignorant of Satan's devices. The facts presented herein were
not difficult to uncover, one need only to go to the nearest library and pick up an Encyclopedia. (The
last page contains a list of some of the sources consulted.) As you go though this study you will see
that Halloween, its traditions and its associated objects, are not and never have been even remotely
related to true Christianity. As you will see, the origins of Halloween predate the Church of the Lord
Jesus Christ by many centuries. Years before the birth of Jesus Christ, in the Celtic countries of
Ireland, England, France and Germany, savage/ primitive festivals were being celebrated under the
direction of Druid priests. The Druids were Satanic priests whose origins go back to Old Testament
days. Deut. 18: 9-14 - divination - observer of times - enchanter - witch - charmer- familiar spirits -
wizard - necromancer. The night of October 31st. was their chief festival, the festival of Samhain.
Samhain was none other than Satan himself, their Lord of death. It came at the end of summer
when all the leaves and vegetation were dying and cold weather was coming. Their god of Darkness
was winning out over the god of summer and light. It was the beginning of their New Year. Because
of their sins, they had until that night been confined to the bodies of lower animals. During the
festival of Samhain, their sins would be forgiven and their souls allowed to enter Druid heaven. The
festival consisted of a large bonfire and burnt offering sacrifices to Samhain. These sacrifices were
intended to appease their lord of Death so he would not deal harshly with them during the long
winter season. Human and animal sacrifices were suspended over the fire in wicker baskets until
consumed. While this was taking place the people danced and chanted to the beat of Druid music.
Most were dressed in animal costumes. As the fire subsided, fortunes were told over the remaining
bones. Because of their Satanic powers, the Druid priests were greatly feared by all the people. The
people participated because they believed the priests would send evil spirits to haunt them if they did
not. Before the festival the priests would go to the castles and villages asking for TRICK or TREAT.
The treat was giving them a virgin who would be sacrificed on the 31st. of October. The trick was
placing a hexagram on the door of the castle or house if no virgin was given. This hexagram would
call in evil spirits to kill someone inside. We get our saying of placing a "hex" on someone from this
practice. Today in various countries voodoo dolls perform this same threat and the victims do die.
They are killed by FEAR. To protect those who did provide the treat, the priests would leave a carved
out lantern (turnip or potato) in which was placed a candle of human fat. This warded off the evil
spirits. In some areas all known criminals were rounded up each year by the local people to provide
as sacrifices. Horses, cows, and black cats were also offered up to Samhain. The wicker or thatch
cages were often shaped in the form of animals or giants. In 43AD Roam conquered the area and in
61AD Roman law forbid the practice of human sacrifice. However, the other burnt offerings
continued. The Romans celebrated two fall festivals which quickly combined with the festival of
Samhain. One was the festival of Feralia which honored the dead. The other was the festival of
Pomana, the goddess of fruits and harvest. Part of this festival centered around APPLES, (today
known as the APPLE FEST) which were thus incorporated into the October 31st. combined festival of
Death. The basic festival practices continued under Rome's rule. In 313AD, Emperor Constantine
the Great, issued the famous Edict of Milan, giving Christians the right to practice their religion
openly. Later he had his entire army baptized to signify that Romans were now Christians. The
Festival of Samhain still continued with its heathen customs and practices. Pope Gregory the Great
(590-604AD) sent a letter to the Archbishop in England instructing the Church to takeover all the
Druid temples, to destroy their idols, and to turn the temples into Christian churches. This was done
yet the Festival on October 31st continued with horses and oxen being led down the church isles in
preparation for sacrifice. True Christianity is a change of heart, not an edict. The pagan celebration
has now continued within the Christian church. The people came to the church on October 31st to
have their Festival of Death.
Pope Gregory IV felt it would be good to honor all the saints of the church and their religious relics,
so in 834AD he established November 1st as ALL SAINTS Day. It soon became known as All Hallows'
Day. Two hundred years later the Catholic Church declared November 2nd as All Souls' Day to
honor all martyrs who may not have gotten the recognition to become Saints. The October 31st
Festival continued and was renamed All Hallows' Evening Festival - later shortened to Hallows' Eve -
Hallow'en - and finally HALLOWEEN. The Roman Catholic Church thus took in a Pagan Festival
and declared it Christian, just as Rome had declared its people Christian. The sacrifices were
allowed to continue as "harmless customs." The Church established a "policy of incorporating
these harmless pagan folk ideas into Church activity."
For the next 500 years, October 31st, Halloween, remained the biggest and best attended festival of
the year. It drew much larger crowds than Christmas and Easter. Wittenburg Church in Germany
was a popular place on Halloween because it housed over 5000 relics belonging to saints of the
Church. Faithful Catholics for miles around would pilgrimage to the Church on October 31st. to do
homage to the saints and participate in Halloween. Since this was the most notable night for the
Church and would see the largest crowds, Martin Luther, in 1517, chose this as the time for his
posting of his 95 Theses. Among other things he was protesting the sale of indulgences by the
Church in order for sins to be forgiven. This practice was not much different from the Druid
practices started 1700 years before. Soul cakes were also sold on Halloween. The Souler would be
paid for his cakes so he would then pray for a departed loved one on order to get them out of purgatory
or shorten their time there. This idea came directly from the punishment of SANHAIN, sending
souls into animal bodies (purgatory) before getting into heaven. Please note; "there is no mention of
PURGATORY in the Bible at all".
Each of the surrounding countries added their flavor to the Festival. Scotch and Irish people
incorporated elves and fairies and witches. They believed that evil spirits all flew about that night
and the bonfires were lit to protect themselves from harm.
In Greece and other heathen areas, the Church drove the priests of Diana, Apollo and Hecate out of
their sacred groves. These priests went underground and developed a new Satanic religion. The
Witch Cult and covens were established and spread into many countries. The BLACK MASS was
instituted as an obscene parody of Divine Worship. The Lord's Prayer was repeated backwards, a list
of thou shalt's was drawn up, Satan was the object of the worship and human and animal sacrifices
were used. After the execution of over 900 witches and warlocks by Pope Innicent VIII in 1484 , the
covens grew stronger and swore allegiance to the Devil. Witch Sabbaths (general meetings) were
convened several times a year with the biggest one occurring the evening of October 31st.
When settlers started to come to the New World, America, they came because they sought religious
freedom. They brought Christianity and left behind all the pagan practices of their former countries.
When this country was established by our Christian forefathers in the late 1700s, there was no
Halloween. Our Christian nation celebrated only its natural and spiritual birth and its thanksgiving
to God. After the potato famine in the British Isles during the 1840s, a mass migration of Scotch and
Irish came to America bringing with them their Godless tradition of Halloween. It took little time
for the rest of the nation to be deceived into thinking it was just a cute, fun night. It is time for the
True Christians to wake up and fully reject any involvement in this night of death, this night of
glorification of the Devil.
Let us briefly look at some of the objects incorporated in the observance of Halloween to see that
there is not one single element having a foundation of Christianity.
JACK-O-LANTERN: Irish tradition says a miser, drunkard couldn't get into heaven because of his
wicked life. His name was Jack. He also couldn't get into hell because he played tricks on the Devil.
He was thus destined to walk the earth in darkness until judgment day. The Devil gave him a lantern
to guide him. Originally turnips and potatoes were hollowed out and can be placed in them. Druids,
as previously stated, used them with human wax candles. Pumpkins were adopted in America as more
suitable. The ugly face was to ward off demons.
FRANKENSTEIN: Story written by Mary Shellya a cocaine addict. She wrote the novel while
sitting on her mothers grave. When her husband died she cut out his heart and then burned his
body. She kept his heart. This is the origin of the "cute" monster suits and the origin of Horror
movies.
VAMPIRES: Castle Dracula exists in Rumania and was once owned by a man named Velid the
Impaler. He was a real person in the middle ages with a blood and flesh fetish. Broms Stoker wrote
the book about him and called him Count Dracula. Hollywood made it into a movie with Bella
LaGosie.
LANTERNS / GHOSTS: From Druids and other traditions relating to evil spirits flying around on
October 31st. Lanterns were to ward off the evil spirits and ghosts.
WITCHES: One of the oldest forms of Satanic worship. EXODUS 22: 18 says, "Suffer not a
witch to live." These individuals and covens which exist today are dedicated to Satan and his work
of fear and terror. Many have real Satanic power. John Wesley said "to give up belief in witchcraft
is to give up belief in the Bible." October 31st is the night of one of four, "Witch", general
meetings are held during the year. It is a night of drugs, Hallucination, blood sacrifices and horror.
BLACK CATS: Talisman of witches. Animals indwelt by evil spirits. Known in the Bible many
times as familiar spirits. Talisman could also be any charm, an animal priestess who could turn
herself into a black cat. She served under Hecate as the goddess of sorcery and patron of witches.
COSTUMES - (animal - monster): People came to the Druid Festival of Samhain in animal skins.
The movie industry introduced monster characters. Costumes are a token worship of the things
that they represent. Man was created in God's image. Who do we worship when we dress up as an
animal or monster or anything other then what God created us to be? This does not bring glory to
God in any way.
UGLY MASKS: Masks are from the Druids and are common sights in horror movies, satanic
stories. This is another form of deception that brings glory to Satan. Masks in no way glorify God.
FORTUNE TELLING: From the Druids who used the remaining bones of humans and animals to
tell the future. Scotch and Irish used games of divination to determine young ladies future husbands,
etc. Witches consulted many times to tell fortunes. This is still practiced today in many ways;
horoscopes - palm readers - card readers - psychics - ouijaboards and any other form of predicting the
future.
TRICK OR TREAT: The Druids looking for virgin sacrifices. Soul cakes left at door steps to feed
wandering souls of the departed. Goodies left to feed demon spirits so they would not cause
destruction. Later goodies given to pranksters to keep them from bothering ones house and
properties.
HORRORGRAPHIC MOVIES: Origin in Druid, Satanic worship, Witch craft, and sacrifice.
Origin in Horror tales told on Halloween to frighten others. They glorify ugliness, abnormalities,
blood, perversion, violence, mutilation, and animal-like behavior. Their intent is to create fear and
terror in the onlooker and to teach that godlessness is fun, innocent and harmless. This is far from
the truth! MOVIES of violence and horror are big money makers and a tool of the Devil to destroy
our minds, soul and lives.
Some examples:
Friday the 13th - Hatchets in foreheads, arrows in neck.
The Howling - Werewolves on a rampage.
Wolfin - Carnivorous animals attack New York.
The Maniac - Son of Sam type killer.
Evil Speak - Military computer conjures up the Devil.
Alien - Jelly fish blob dissolves people.
Rosemary's Baby - Gives birth to son of the Devil.
Omen - part I - II - III

The list is endless. Today almost every movie has violence, death and Satanic influence in it. We
need to be careful what we watch and especially what our children watch. A lot of the cartoons have
the same overtones of violence and deception in them. Watch sometime!
HUMAN MUTILATION: Origins is actual Druid practice. Also from Witch activities, spells, etc.
Promoted by movies and haunted houses. Includes decapitation, legless, armless, facial distortion,
every sort of imagination of blood and gore. Something we try to protect our children from 364 days
a year and yet promote to the fullest on Halloween. It all comes from the distorted mind of Satan as a
way of degrading God's creation, man. Promoting this sort of thing in any way is doing Satan's
bidding and yielding the members of your home, school or church to his works of darkness and
unrighteousness.
COSTUMES OF SUPERHEROS: Origin in Greek and Roman mythology and promoted every day
and especially on Saturday by the TV industry. It is a trick of Satan to get our children preoccupied
with the satanic supernatural. It teaches kids to search for power other than God's power.
Examples are; Ullyses, Isis, The Hulk, Wonder Woman, Batman, Superman, bewitched, Aquaman,
Hercules, Star Wars, and even E.T. Mike Warnke, former Satanist High Priest (now Evangelist for
Jesus Christ), states that he took notes while watching Bewitched and desired to have that kind of
power. He found it in Satan and he almost died before God delivered him.
This study could go on and on. In brief I have laid out many of the origins and meanings behind the
observance of Halloween. It was godless in inception and remains godless today in every way. It is an
observance which glorifies the lord of Death and mocks The Lord God Almighty. It is a device of
Satan to degrade man and to condition his mind that the abnormal is normal, that death is cute, that
fear is fun, that evil spirits are just imaginations, that witches are neat little ladies, that ugly is
sacred, that evil is good and that God doesn't exist. Sadly, he has been most successful. Even
Christian churches have been deceived into involving themselves in Satans' night of glory. No Bible
believing Christian should have the slightest involvement with Halloween. There can be no
justification for being involved in the ways of the heathen. Let's look at what God's Word says about
involvement in the works of Darkness.
THE WORD OF GOD CONCERNING INVOLVEMENT IN HALLOWEEN;
Deut. 18: 9 - When thou art come into the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not
learn to do after the abominations (evil practices) of those nations.
Deut. 7: 25,26 - The graven images of their gods shall ye burn with fire: thou shalt not desire the
silver or gold that is on them, nor take it unto thee, lest thou be snared (led astray) therein: for it is
an abomination (evil thing) to the Lord Thy God. v.26 - Neither shalt thou bring an abomination
into thine house, lest thou be a cursed thing like it; but thou shalt utterly abhor it for it is a cursed
thing (rejected by the Lord).
The word of God clearly teaches us not to learn the ways of the world. To keep away from any evil
practices. From our study we see that the Festival of Samhain, now (HALLOWEEN) was godless in
every aspect. We also see God warns us not to bring any objects associated with those evil practices
into our homes. If you do, you'll be deceived into thinking it is okay when in fact it is a cursed thing.
Whether it is a costume, ugly mask, carved pumpkin, picture of a witch or mutilated body, it is an evil
thing and we should abhor it. If not we become a cursed thing like it.
II Cor. 6: 14-17 - Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath
righteousness with unrighteousness? What communion hath light with darkness. v.15 - and what
concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel (unbeliever)?
v.16 - And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living
God. v.17 - Come out from among them and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean
(forbidden) thing and I will receive you.
I Thess. 5: 22 - Abstain from all appearance of evil.
The Christian is to be different, set apart from the men of the world. He is not to even touch unclean,
satanic, pagan things. He is not to be associated with the ways of the world or the things of the world
that are not pleasing to his Heavenly Father. Halloween is a night of darkness, unbelief,
unrighteousness, Belial (a worthless person), idols, superstition, mythology and witchcraft. If we are
to have fellowship with the Father, we must remain in the light I John 1: 7. We have nothing in
common with the unbeliever and his customs. We are to refrain from ALL appearance of evil.
Everything associated with Halloween has the appearance of evil.
Rom. 12: 2 - And be not conformed to this world; but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind,
that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.
We are not to join into the worlds ways but to be reprogrammed in our thinking by the word of God.
Our spirits have been reborn to God, if we know Jesus Christ as personal Savior, but we have carried
over all of bad thinking. Our minds have been taught by the world and we've been conforming to
their ways. Now we must saturate our minds with God's Word so we can start thinking like God,
learning His thoughts, His Ways, His Will. We must feed our reborn spirits, spirit food, Jesus
called it the Bread of Life, the Word of God.
Mat. 4: 4 - Man shall not live by bread alone but by every Word that precedes out of the mouth of God.
Eph. 4: 27 - Neither give place to the Devil. John 10: 10 - The thief cometh not but for to steal,
and kill and destroy, but I am come that you might have life, and that you might have it more
abundantly.
Satan is out to steal, kill and destroy us and our families by luring us into his camp. We are not to
even give him the slightest foothold in our lives. He is attempting to dull our senses to the things of
God and enticing us to dabble in the occult, witchcraft, divination, fortune telling and the like by
subtly getting us involved in Halloween. His whole aim is to convince even Christians that it is all
harmless fun. If he can fool us, he has that foothold into our lives and he will continue to draw us in
so he can completely steal, kill and destroy all that we have. Jesus taught in;
Mark 4: 25 - that what little you have will be taken by Satan if you don't know the Word and in Jer.
10: 2, 3 - Learn not the way of the heathen v.3 - for the customs of the people are vain.
Participation in Halloween on your part is instruction in the ways of Halloween to your children. We
are teaching them heathen customs which are vain (idle, worthless, foolish, empty, unsuccessful,
unfruitful). There are no Christian values of any sort associated with Halloween. It is godless
tradition and custom which God commands us to abhor. Joshua 7 tells how one man, Achnan, sinned
and the entire nation of Israel suffered defeat. Achan took into the camp a cursed object and God
withheld His blessing until it was removed. God is telling us this is not a cute game. It is serious
business. Halloween is no joke. It is playing with fire, HELL FIRE.
II Cor. 2: 11 - Lest Satan should get an advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices.
The word of God tells us Satan is a liar and the father of lies. We should know when he tells us it is
harmless that is a lie. He is ever attempting to get our minds off God. He is ever attempting to
convince us that he himself actually doesn't exist. If you believe that he's got you because you do not
resist his attacks. He uses Halloween to mock God and glorify himself. He gets this entire nation
thinking about him and his works of darkness on October 31st and then laughs at us. His only
weapon is deception. He attempts to get us to question God and His Word and the warnings God Has
given us. Did God really mean that? You know God wants you to have fun and this one evening won't
hurt you. It is a lie straight from Hell. He can't take advantage of you, you have to give that
advantage to him. Once you do you now have to play on his terms. Don't be ignorant. Search the
Word. Ask God for guidance in this area. Don't let the Halloween device of Satan get an advantage
over you.
Deut. 30: 19 - I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that
both thou and thy seed may live.
Josh. 24: 15 - Choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served
that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land ye dwell: But as
for me and my house we will serve the Lord.
The Lord is plainly telling us that each day we make choices and they are life and death decisions.
You can choose obedience and blessing or rebellion and cursing. You can go your way, the way of
man, or you can go God's way, the Way of Life. When you participate in Halloween you have chosen
to serve Satan and darkness. You have rejected God's Word, God's Warning and God's Love. God
knows the dangers, the pitfalls of Satan's deception. Therefore He makes it clear in His Word to
"CHOOSE LIFE".
You cannot serve two masters. If you are in the world's camp on Halloween, you have chosen your
true master, the God of this world, Satan. (II Cor. 4: 4)
II Tim. 1: 7 - For God hath not given us the spirit of FEAR; but of power, and of love, and of sound
mind. I John 4: 18 - There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear; because fear hath
torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. Luke 12: 32 - Jesus said Fear Not Rev. 1: 17
- Jesus said Fear Not. Rom. 13: 9 - Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. Rom. 13: 10 - Love
worketh no ill (evil, bad) to his neighbor.
Halloween is a night geared to creating FEAR. The Druids created a fear atmosphere which brought
death to those not participating in their rituals. Voodoo kills by instilling fear. Fear can turn a
man's hair white overnight. Fear, Worry and Anxiety are behind 75% of the sickness in the
hospitals. The Word tells us that men's hearts shall fail them because of fear (Luke 21: 26). Fear is a
killer force used by the enemy of man. We see from II Tim. that God tells us that fear is a spirit. It
is real. It is a spiritual force which is used against man to destroy and finally kill him. Fear is not a
gift that you would want to give someone. Love is the gift to be given to cast out fear. God tells us to
fear not. He doesn't want us to fear because He knows what it will do to us. We train our children the
same way. We don't want fear to enter in because "fear hath torment".
Every Christian is to love his neighbor as himself. We are to love them with God's Agape Love. That
love would never work an ill towards them. As Jesus teaches us to fear not, so we ought to teach our
children and neighbors. Just as our Heavenly Father would never give us a gift of fear, we should not
do anything that would bring fear upon anyone. Participation by a Christian in any "Fear" creating
atmosphere (haunted houses, Ghost parties, Ghost stories, Etc.) is working an ill (evil, bad) to his
neighbor. It is not an act of love.
Mat. 18: 2,6,7 - Jesus called a little child unto him. v.6 - Who so shall offend (hurt) one of these little
ones which believe on me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and
that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. v.7 - Woe unto the world because of offenses; for it
must needs be that offenses come; but WOE to that man by whom the offense cometh:
Fear can offend, hurt and kill. Jesus tells us here in a sharp warning just how serious the offense of
creating that fear is. Allowing our children to be subjected to harmful experiences like Halloween,
Horror Movies, Haunted Houses, Bloody Mutilation of Bodies is to be "that man by whom the offense
cometh". Christians are to "abstain from all appearance of evil".
Prov. 26: 2 - The curse causeless shall not come.
The curse of fear, torment, anxiety, pain apprehension and distress only comes in when a door is
opened. There is a cause for each. It doesn't just happen, it comes when an avenue is opened up for
the enemy to send it in. Satan's device of fear can be held back by the force of love, by the force of
faith. If we receive His gift "of power, and of love, and of a sound mind" we will cast off fear. Slam
the door on Halloween and you slam the door on fear.
Rom. 13: 12 - Cast off the works of darkness and let us put on the armor of light. Rom. 6: 13 -
Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin. I Cor. 3:16,17 - Know
ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? v.17 - If any man
defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is Holy, which temple ye are.
I Pet. 1: 14-16 - As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your
ignorance. v.15 - But as He which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation
(Living, Lifestyle): v.16 - Because it is written, Be ye Holy: for I am Holy.
If we are to cast off the works of darkness, not yield our physical bodies as instruments of
unrighteousness, not defile the temple of God, not fashion our actions according to former ignorant
desires, but are to be Holy, separated unto God; How can we have anything to do with Halloween and
it's glorification of Satan and his devices? We are to be lights in this dark world. We are to set
ourselves apart from heathen practices. We are to abstain from all appearance of evil. We are to
train our children (by example and word) The Ways of God. All our actions should be to the building
up of the body of Christ
(I Cor. 14: 12,26; Eph.4: 12,29). If Jesus should appear to you on the night of October 31st, would
He be pleased with what you are involved in, would He be pleased in what you are allowing your
children to be involved in? Have you or your children participated in anything during the week
which has glorified Satan instead of God.
Throughout this study we have seen that Halloween is not Christian in origin or substance. We have
seen just the opposite. It was from the start a Festival of Death, a festival of Satan. God has clearly
showed us through His Word that it is something we should avoid. It is something we should not
participate in or allow our children to be involved in. Most of us grew up with Halloween, but this is
not an excuse for continuing the practice. Our opening scripture stated that God's people are being
destroyed because of a lack of knowledge and ignorance. He also gave us a warning not to continue to
reject knowledge. You have read this study and have received knowledge concerning Halloween. Do
not reject this knowledge from God. These have not been by ideas or thoughts, they have been God's
Words, God's Thoughts. The Bibliography to follow can easily be checked out. My research mainly
involved the Bible and Encyclopedias which can be found in any library.
Let us all receive God's Word and the knowledge it has brought and put the faith thus gained into
action. Rom.15: 23 - tells us that; "Whatsoever is not of faith is sin". Participation in the ways of
the world are not actions of faith. They are therefore sin. Let us love one another as God has loved
us and help one another so that none of us fall into sin through ignorance. My prayer is that you will
receive the love I have for you through this study. My love would not allow me to sit by while others
fell into sin through ignorance. Share your new knowledge with your Christian friends, show them
your love. "Perfect LOVE casteth out fear".

When cover is finished printing:

Insert 52 pieces of white paper into your printer. (two extras for test prints)
Put courser on page 2 of the document, (first page of body).
Click on the print button.
When the print window appears on the screen, select current page, type in 25 for how many copies

When page 1 is finished printing.
Remove printed pages from printer, and put back into printer to print the other side.
Put courser on page 3 of the document, (second page of body).
Click on the print button.
When the print window appears on the screen, select current page, type in 1 for how many copies
you want, and click print. (to print a test page).
If all text, both sides are readable as a brochure, click print. When the print window appears on the
screen, select current page, type in 25 for how many copies you want, and click print.
If not rotate paper and then type in how many copies you want, and click print.
